Guests must adhere to the Good Neighbor Policy and refrain from illegal activity.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.
Access to this single-story home includes one step at the entryway, with additional interior steps inside the home.
Please note there is an eight-foot embankment in the backyard; stairs provide access to the shoreline.
The fireplaces located in the second bedroom and sunroom are not operational.
