Inside, the well-equipped kitchen includes stone countertops and everything needed to prepare meals, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and microwave. The downstairs bedroom has a large dresser, new window blinds, and a desk for remote work or school. The main bedroom occupies the entire second floor and includes a private furnished balcony and an en suite bathroom with a rainfall showerhead. Two TVs offer YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and HBO using guests’ own accounts.
Two kayaks are provided for guest use. Guests have walking rights across the neighboring property to access the shared wharf for enjoying the view, launching a kayak, or boarding a boat. The wharf and surrounding property are privately owned and may not be used for lounging, gathering, parking, or storing personal belongings. Guests must not use the neighbors’ kayaks, chairs, or other property. There is no boat tie-up or overnight docking available.
