Great House 4 years running
House continues to improve every year; we very much appreciated the kitchen door's new screen and the track lighting in the family room. I think they may have also replaced some of the mattresses.
Clean and spacious, with a lot of natural light there is room for gathering and spending time alone, and the back porch and water views are lovely.
Layout: it is very helpful to have a full bedroom on the first floor and the bathroom across the hall. The upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and rooms are well-lit.
The heat/AC was a little confusing; it seems as though two units control the temperature for the floors, yet it seems like maybe not?
