This is a shared property, with the homeowners living above the apartment. They are quiet, respectful, and very tidy. The apartment has its own private entrance and features an open concept layout with a full kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. The bedroom includes a king size bed, a spacious closet, and a full bathroom with a tub and shower, along with an in unit washer and dryer for convenience. A wall mounted mini split in the living room provides both heat and air conditioning, and a small wall heater keeps the bedroom comfortable on cooler nights. A wood pellet stove is available in the colder months for guests with pellet stove experience, or for those willing to meet at check in for a quick walkthrough.
Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating an airy, peaceful atmosphere.
