With a well-equipped kitchen, a water-view deck, and an open-concept living and dining area, there's plenty of space for four guests. Walk to Red's Eats for the best lobster roll in Maine, or drive to Fort Edgecomb State Park to enjoy a picnic on the waterfront. Neighboring towns are easily accessible and waiting to be explored.
Whip up a favorite recipe in a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gather in the dining area to savor home-cooked meals around a table set for four. Come together in an open-concept living area, where a sofa provides seating for four guests. Sit back and enjoy each other's company, or watch a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper bed.
Begin each day with a hot cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking the Sheepscot River. Two patio chairs and a side table offer a quiet place to sit and enjoy the morning. Please note that the balcony now has a divider, creating a more private space to relax. Slumber in a queen-size bedroom featuring a dark wood headboard, matching bedside tables, and a 32-inch wall-mounted flatscreen TV. An adjoining guest bathroom—also accessible from the hallway—has a shower. There are three adjoining units which can be rented together. Ideal for families- porches all adjoin, and two units within the building connect.
